of Energy Nede. He lives on a remote little island preserves with the animals.
You need to get a Synard and there is only one wild synard left; and he helps
you get it. He wants join you on your fight with the ten wise men because of
what they were doing to the animals.
Noel is a great magic person for healing and attack spells. He is next to Rena and Celine, in both of there respected areas. He doesn't seem really good at first, but as time progresses you will come to understand why he is great.
