Celine is a treasure hunter, who you first see in the Cross Castle, and then again at the beginning of town of Cross. You offical meet her in the middle of the town when she is having a little bit of trouble, and she joins you on your quest to search for treasure and she wanted to have a little bit of something to do. She is a great asset to your group.
Celine is pretty much the best magic character in the game. (well for attacks.) Her attack power increases pretty quickly if you use her a lot in your battles. Most of her attacks effect most or all of your enemies on the field. This is why she is a very important person on your team.
